π The Challenge: Turning Strategy Into Something That Sticks
The business was growing quickly. But the people strategy wasnβt landing consistently across regions.
Teams lacked a shared understanding of what the strategy meant for them. Initiatives around recognition, wellbeing, DEIB, and growth were strong β but often seen as separate programs instead of one connected experience. Managers needed practical tools to lead with clarity. And leaders needed a message that turned HR theory into something people could believe in, remember, and act on.

After a period of transformation, it was time to align every part of the employee journey into a single, people-first roadmap.

I led the internal rollout, transforming the framework into something human, actionable, and real. My goal was simple: turn vision into everyday behavior.
π οΈ My Role: Messaging, Comms, and Cultural Activation
I led the end-to-end strategy for messaging, content, and engagement, making sure the People Strategy didnβt just live in a slide deck. It showed up in how we communicate, lead, and celebrate success. Key Projects included:
Core Messaging Toolkit
Translated EVP and strategy pillars into plain, people-first language
Developed toolkits for people leaders to cascade the message with clarity and consistency
Content & Channel Strategy
Launched At the HeaRt of It, an internal podcast on wellbeing, growth, and purpose
Featured employees, leaders, and external guests across two seasons
Extended through toolkits, internal blog posts, and manager resources
Integrated strategy messaging into key moments like onboarding, development programs, and global town halls
Recognition & Engagement Activations
Led the Appreci8 relaunch β 15,530 recognition moments and 3,814 monetary awards
Created Strategic Goal eCards to connect recognition with business impact
Launched the HEART Awards to spotlight inclusion, wellbeing, and peer support
DEIB Integration
Embedded EP!C Networks and DEIB goals directly into the People Strategy
Partnered with nine employee communities to co-create inclusive campaigns and celebrations
