🔍 The Challenge: Navigating Change With Clarity

After the acquisition of Reward Gateway by Edenred, employees across regions were asking the same question:
Where are we going — and what’s my role in it?

Post-acquisition uncertainty had led to fragmented communication and confusion around leadership priorities, role clarity, and how teams were integrating.

Hybrid and global teams felt especially disconnected from the strategy and from each other. Leaders needed a way to share progress, recognize contributions, and build trust across every region.

📌 Background: Aligning Around a Shared Vision

In 2024, I led the internal rollout strategy for The Great Connection — a three-part global experience designed to unite people around the company’s vision, build belief in what’s next, and celebrate progress along the way.

We used connection as both a theme and a tool. The goal wasn’t just to update employees. It was to create emotional clarity, cultural momentum, and business confidence at a critical point in the company’s evolution.

🛠️ My Role: Planning, Messaging & Multi-Format Engagement

As the lead planner and content strategist, I partnered with our CEO, Executive Leadership Team, and local Experience Managers to bring The Great Connection to life across three key phases: in-person, virtual, and ongoing.
