🔍 The Challenge: A Site That No Longer Represented the Story

The careers site had become outdated — visually, structurally, and strategically.

The design no longer reflected our evolving mission, EVP, or global culture. Core differentiators like DEIB, wellbeing, and internal recognition weren’t visible, despite being essential to the employee experience. Content was buried or duplicated, navigation was unclear, and the overall tone felt disconnected from who we were becoming as a company.

We were missing a key opportunity to connect with top talent.

Leadership, Talent Acquisition, and the People team all recognized the same issue:
We needed a site that didn’t just list jobs — we needed one that told our story.

📌 Background: Rebuilding Our Front Door

At Reward Gateway | Edenred, we saw the careers site as more than a place to apply — it’s the front door to our culture. By late 2023, that door needed a serious update. The site didn’t represent our purpose, personality, or employee experience.

I led a full strategic refresh, partnering across departments to create a modern, mission-led, and user-friendly site that could scale globally and speak directly to candidates — clearly, inclusively, and compellingly.

🛠️ My Role: Strategy, Storytelling & Cross-Functional Collaboration

This project was where storytelling met design thinking. I led the messaging strategy, project roadmap, and content architecture — ensuring each section served a purpose and brought our culture to life.

Here’s how we transformed the experience:

Homepage Revamp

  • Rewrote the intro to reflect our mission and EVP

  • Added global stats (10M+ employees supported, 1,000+ RGers, 8 values-driven behaviors)

  • Swapped out the outdated video for a “Why I Love My Job” series featuring employee testimonials

About Page

  • Introduced our People Strategy pillars in an easy-to-scan scrollable format

  • Embedded our “At the HeaRt of It” podcast via Spotify widget

  • Updated leadership bios and values with quote-driven storytelling and fresh visuals

  • Simplified dozens of bullet points into four pillars: Financial, Health & Wellness, Work-Life Balance, and Growth

  • Framed benefits through the HEART wellbeing strategy and key tools like Unmind, nudge, and Wellbeing+

  • Rewrote copy to emphasize personalization, equity, and choice

Inclusive Culture Page

  • Refreshed our DEIB narrative to reflect our EP!C Networks and CSR strategy (People, Planet, Progress)

  • Highlighted external partnerships (Stonewall, Disability Confident, Modern Slavery Alliance)

  • Prepared for future additions like our gender pay gap report and supplier commitments

Team & Office Pages

  • Streamlined team descriptions and introduced custom iconography

  • Created space for future “Day in the Life” employee videos and 360° virtual office tours

Join Us Page Overhaul

  • Clarified each step of the application process across both Pinpoint and Workday

  • Updated recruiter contact cards with headshots and LinkedIn profiles

  • Added inclusive hiring language and accessibility messaging

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partnered with TA to co-create team and job-level content

  • Engaged HRBPs and regional leaders to localize benefits and reflect cultural nuances

  • Worked closely with Web Development on structure, accessibility, and CMS implementation

  • Aligned with Brand and Marketing for SEO optimization and global Edenred consistency
