EP!C Roadshow: Celebrating DEIB in Action

Bringing belonging to life through storytelling, strategy, and employee-led culture

🫶 12+ global events | ✍️ 46 blogs published | ✅ Level 1 Disability Confident status | 🌍 2,097 volunteer hours | 🔊 DEIB fully integrated into strategy and storytelling

🔍 The Challenge: DEIB Needed More Than Awareness — It Needed Connection

While DEIB had always been a priority at RGER, it often sat outside the core business narrative.

Employee Resource Groups (EP!C Networks) were doing incredible work, but lacked consistent visibility and support. Employees were eager for more ways to connect around shared identity and purpose. Our People Leadership recognized a gap:

We needed a moment that celebrated inclusion, elevated employee voice, and reinforced DEIB as a business imperative, not an extracurricular.

📌 Background: Turning DEIB Into a Company-Wide Celebration

Reward Gateway | Edenred believed DEIB is a journey that deserves to be seen and shared.

To bring this belief to life, I led the communications and creative strategy for the EP!C Roadshow — our first global DEIB campaign dedicated to highlighting the voices, stories, and impact of our employee-led networks. The Roadshow brought employees together across time zones, roles, and identities. It wasn't just about representation — it was about belonging.

💥 The Results: A Platform for Purpose and Progress

I’m a part of something EP!C

The EP!C Roadshow proved that when inclusion is celebrated, it sparks advocacy and action.

  • 🌍 12 EP!C-led events hosted across regions

  • ✍️ 46 blogs published and amplified through global internal channels

  • 🫶 2,097 volunteer hours contributed by 328 employees

  • ✅ Achieved Level 1 Disability Confident status

❤️ Why It Matters

Belonging doesn’t happen by chance — it’s intentionally built.

The EP!C Roadshow brought DEIB out of the sidelines and into the heart of the business. It gave employees a platform to be seen, heard, and celebrated. It shifted the conversation from awareness to advocacy — and from inclusion as a value to inclusion as a way of working.
